Innovative Support Solutions Australia are a small service provider offering innovative supports to individuals funded through the NDIS. Our focus is on finding innovative ways to use your funding in order to facilitate greater inclusion and community access for people with a Disability. We focus on Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Counselling. We are able to assist with learning how to use your funding and build your capacity to manage your plan.
What we do

We are a small service provider founded by Andy Simpson who has over 10 years experience in the sector having worked in a variety of roles including direct care, personal care, community access, supported accommodation, day service, case management and support coordination. Innovative Support Solutions Australia is about providing innovative supports that are customized and tailored to your needs. Generally speaking we have a focus on Support Coordination, Counselling and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching but we are also registered to provide other supports if required / requested. We are not a crisis response service and do not fill "last minute" requests, we prefer to plan with individuals and offer something special and different.

Support Coordination
We are very skilled in the area of assisting people to get the most out of their funding and to help people navigate what is often a complex and confusing system. We can assist with getting your funding and services up and running (once you have had your NDIS plan approved), and will continue to work with you to get the most out of your NDIS package.
